• Ashwagandha root extract (3:1) - 25 mg equivalent to 75 mg Ashwagandha root powder.
• Ashwagandha root powder - 150 mg.
• 800 mg extract per capsule is equal to (4000+625+75+150) Full spectrum = 4850 mg powder that is 4.85 gms as per standard dose of powder 3-6 gms.
